RETURNS AND REFUNDS

It is possible to request the return of a product or more products within and no later than 5 days from receipt of the package. We recommend you ship within 2 days of the delivery date to ensure it arrives within 5 days.
The shipping costs of the returns are borne by the customers, désarmant does not provide return labels. Customers can choose any carrier for shipping. The products must be returned in the same condition in which they were delivered, therefore Not they must be:
  • damaged/stained
  • without labels
  • altered/washed

Pack the items and make sure they are in their original condition, with tags still attached, and seal the package carefully. Items must be intact and unused. Used or dirty products will be returned to the sender at the buyer's expense. In case of exchange of coordinated sets it is always necessary to return the complete set.
Once the return has been approved, you can proceed to ship the items to the address below by choosing any courier of your choice. In case of exchange, the return of the goods is the responsibility of the customer, the new order of the company. You can return the goods with a traceable method, ex. by registered mail or courier, to our address:

Customers will be responsible for returns and their contents until delivered to our warehouse. désarmant is not responsible for parcels damaged and/or lost by customers. make sure you have done the procedure correctly. Only in this way will we be able to proceed with the refund.
Once the return has been received at our warehouse, we will be happy to handle your exchange or voucher request within 24/48 working hours from the arrival of the return at the warehouse. Refund requests are processed within 7 working days of receiving the return. Any shipping costs will be excluded from the refund amount.
The products in "Promo" cannot be returned.
NB. The costs of shipping the items to be returned are the responsibility of the buyer.
If the return times are not respected, the goods will remain available to the customer at our office for collection by hand or can be sent back at the customer's expense.
